Prenatal Consultation
This one-on-one session is designed to educate and empower you before your little bundle arrives. This visit will include a review of your medical history to identify any risk factors that may impact lactation, an assessment of your feeding goals, review of basic breastfeeding education, and tips for navigating common feeding challenges in the early days with your little one. Available in-person and virtually.

Initial Lactation Home Visit
This comprehensive in-home visit provides you with personalized feeding support once your little one has arrived. This visit will include a full health history and focused exam, a feeding assessment, milk transfer assessment (as needed), breastfeeding education, and development of a customized care plan.

Follow-Up Lacation Home Visit
This visit is designed to check in on feeding progress, address any new concerns, and adjust your care plan as needed. Reserved only for clients who have already had an initial consultation.

Virtual Visit
During this secure video consultation, you’ll receive personalized guidance, education, and a care plan tailored to meet your goals. Virtual visits are ideal for low complexity needs, basic education, follow-up support, and when in-person care isn’t accessible.

Twin Support
Twin lactation support is tailored to meet the unique needs of families with multiples. Whether you’re exclusively breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, or navigating NICU transitions, my care is designed to help you find practical, sustainable feeding solutions for both babies.

In-home support is offered to families living in Wilmington, NC and surrounding areas within a 15-mile radius. This includes Porter’s Neck, Ogden, Murrayville, Mayfaire/Landfall, UNCW/Midtown and downtown Wilmington—as well as Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, and nearby parts of Leland (Waterford, Brunswick Forest, Magnolia Greens, and Westgate). Live outside of my service area? Consider a virtual visit for less complex needs.
