TLN works directly with insurance companies to obtain pre-approval— at no cost to you. Most United Healthcare, Aetna, First Health, Imagine Health, Multiplan PPO, Meritain, Providers Network of America PPO, VA-CCN Optum East, and Velocity PPO plans are eligible. If you have one of these plans, please verify your coverage with TLN using the button below. Once verified, you will be contacted to book your visit.

Bundle & Bloom is partnered with Wildflower Health to offer fully covered visits for families with Cigna plans. Wildflower will verify your eligibility at no cost to you and handle billing directly so you can focus on getting the support you need. Once verified, you will be contacted to book your visit.

If you are not eligible for insurance-covered visits through TLN or Wildflower Health, you are welcome to self-pay for services. After your visit, I can provide you with a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. If you have an HSA or FSA, you may also be able to use these funds to cover lactation care.
