TLN works directly with insurance companies to obtain pre-approval— at no cost to you. Most United Healthcare, Aetna, First Health, Imagine Health, Multiplan PPO, Meritain, Providers Network of America PPO, VA-CCN Optum East, Curative Health, and Velocity PPO plans are eligible. If you have one of these plans, please verify your coverage with TLN using the button below. Once verified, you will be contacted to book your visit.

If you are not eligible for insurance-covered visits through TLN, self-pay options are available.

In-Home Visits:

Initial (90 min): $225

Follow-up (60 min): $200

Virtual Visits:

Prenatal Visit (90 min): $195

Initial (90 min): $195

Follow-up (60 min): $170

Twin visits are an additional $50 and include extra visit time.
